1) If you subscribed to the Newsletter you will receive an email about once a month and everyone else may hear from us once a year (if we have important information for you). If you subscribe to the News letter you can be informed about New Releases and special offers and discount tokens.
2) If you are a Gold Member or a Teraz Zone Member - you can still view the Teraz Films Xmas Calendar. However, we don't know how long the Calendar will stay up. We will probably take this down ourselves soon! Contact us if you have forgotten the log In codes.
3) If you have ever purchased the wrong item, bought a film twice, had a problem downloading or have any other questions, you can always contact us via email or on-line form and we will do our best to resolve the situation.
4) If you ever tried purchasing an item but the order did not complete, let us know and we shall see if we can resolve that too.
5) If you don't know the log in codes for the Teraz Films catalogue site you can email us
6) Please remember. When you buy a film to download you will download an html file (web page) first (eg: HT9.html). You then launch this in your browser and then you will see the links to download the films
7) Browsers. Although Brave browser is very good for certain things. Images on the Teraz Page may not appear properly (due to the Browser security settings). For Downloading, our favourite browsers are Firefox and Vivaldi
