Shot on HD and filmed for under $100,000, 100 TEARS makes the best use of its Florida locations and provides some tense filled scenes of mayhem. The body count is very high and each death more horrific than the last. In some spots, mainly with the reporters talking to police officers, its limited budget does show, but it’s a minor issue. I know that from what I’ve seen this crew accomplish with the amount given, to see what they could do with a million would definitely turn a lot more heads in their direction.  (ww.colonelscrypt.com)
